Job Description
High-Ticket Sales Closer responsible for closing deals through effective communication and negotiation. Remote role focused on managing live sales calls and client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Closing Qualified Leads
- Review context and run sales calls without needing prep from others
- Lead the conversation to understand client needs, position the service, and move toward a commitment
- Present pricing (hourly + setup fee) clearly and guide the prospect toward agreement
- Identify real concerns when prospects hesitate and negotiate terms to move the deal forward
- Adjust positioning based on client needs while protecting deal viability
- Push for a clear outcome on every call: close, next step, or disqualify
- Immediately log notes and set follow-up actions in CRM after each call
- Re-engage prospects consistently until a decision is reached
- Prevent deals from stalling due to lack of follow-up or unclear next steps
- Track every deal stage accurately in CRM with updated notes and next steps
- Maintain visibility on all active deals and prioritize based on likelihood to close
- Flag at-risk deals early and take action before they go cold
- Address objections directly during conversations
- Reframe concerns (price, timing, trust) into decision-driving discussions
- Coordinate with lead generation and account teams to improve conversion quality
- Report performance, deal status, and blockers clearly to leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer or equivalent role focused on closing deals
- Demonstrated ability to handle live sales calls, objections, and negotiations
- Strong English verbal and written communication
- Experience using CRM tools to manage deals and follow-ups
- Ability to operate in a target-driven environment without supervision
- Strong time management: able to manage multiple deals at different stages simultaneously
