Job Description

Program Advisor responsible for guiding women in the Redefining Strength Coaching Program via inbound calls. Ensuring alignment with the company's core values and impacting clients' lives positively.

Responsibilities:

  • Speak with qualified inbound applicants over the phone for the Redefining Strength Coaching Program
  • Practice high levels of leadership, integrity, and stay in alignment with Redefining Strength's core values during conversations
  • Guide and educate the prospects on the Coaching Program and sign them up
  • Cover weekends and West Coast evenings (4–9 PM PT)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a high-ticket phone closer ($3K+ offers)
  • Confident and composed leading consultative, 45-minute sales conversations
  • Ability to uncover objections and guide prospects to a clear decision
  • Comfortable discussing money directly and respectfully
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive without micromanagement or rigid schedules
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for calls
