Job Description

Recruiting Assistant supporting technology recruitment processes at Stefanini. Engaging with candidates and ensuring smooth admission process alongside the HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the interface between candidates, the recruitment team and the Personnel Department (DP) during the onboarding phase
  • Monitor the progress of hires with DP, ensuring deadlines, alignments and clear communication
  • Advise candidates on required documentation, timelines and next steps, following DP guidelines
  • Support the recruitment team in selection process activities such as resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
  • Assist with updating systems and internal controls with the status of selection processes
  • Help organize the team's workflow, ensuring standardization and visibility of process stages

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Personnel/Payroll, Recruitment & Selection or HR administrative routines
  • Higher education in progress or completed in HR management, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication and deadline management
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
