Job Description
Recruiting Assistant supporting technology recruitment processes at Stefanini. Engaging with candidates and ensuring smooth admission process alongside the HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the interface between candidates, the recruitment team and the Personnel Department (DP) during the onboarding phase
- Monitor the progress of hires with DP, ensuring deadlines, alignments and clear communication
- Advise candidates on required documentation, timelines and next steps, following DP guidelines
- Support the recruitment team in selection process activities such as resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
- Assist with updating systems and internal controls with the status of selection processes
- Help organize the team's workflow, ensuring standardization and visibility of process stages
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Personnel/Payroll, Recruitment & Selection or HR administrative routines
- Higher education in progress or completed in HR management, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication and deadline management
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
