Job Description

Compensation Specialist at Insperity managing wage and salary functions. Analyzing pay practices and providing expertise in compensation-related programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides expertise in compensation programs
  • Manages and evaluates wage and salary functions
  • Advises on pay decisions and job evaluations
  • Analyzes client pay practices
  • Prepares wage and salary information in spreadsheets
  • Promotes compensation services to clients
  • Keeps up with compensation laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • CCP preferred
  • Must be analytical and mathematical
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (spreadsheet, word processing, presentation software)
  • Advanced use of statistical software (e.g., SPSS)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and customer service
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of Compensation experience
