Job Description
HR Coordinator supporting day-to-day HR operations at ePromos, a remote-first promotional products company. Responsibilities include onboarding, employee support, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function within a fast-paced promotions and branded merchandise company
- Assist with onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, system access, and orientation scheduling
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Manager to ensure smooth and consistent onboarding experiences
- Serve as a first point of contact for general HR questions and support
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources when needed
- Support job postings and basic recruiting administrative tasks
- Assist with maintaining HR files and required documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
- 2–3 years of HR experience in an HR coordinator, HR assistant, or similar role
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (promotions, retail, agency, logistics, or similar preferred)
- Working knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
