Job Description
Implementation Manager working remotely for Procurify, guiding clients through onboarding and project implementation. Focusing on client relationships and ensuring success in project milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Be a Procurify product expert. You are the main point of contact for your onboarding clients, taking a consultative approach to discovery and scoping your clients’ workflows
- Build strong client relationships as the main point of contact during the implementation process, meeting with customers weekly to keep momentum high
- Understand client business requirements and goals during project planning to be able to support and design technical configuration and workflows
- Project manage the implementation, including coordinating tasks and meetings, tracking time and progress, managing timelines, documentation and meeting follow-ups
- Support champions with change management strategy, leveraging Procurify’s education resources and facilitating training sessions to empower end users at multiple levels within an organization
- Validate and lead user acceptance testing to ensure workflow configuration and integration are successful
- Provide customer feedback to product and engineering and stay up to date on feature releases and enhancements
- Be comfortable diving into data using Excel/Google Sheets
- Work cross-functionally with the sales, customer success and support teams, ensuring a cohesive handoff process and escalating feedback as required
- KPIs:
- Implement our standard customers within 60 days
- Deliver quality service via CSATs of 90% or higher
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SaaS applications
- Experience as an Implementation Manager working with and or/integrating with ERP and accounting applications such as Quickbooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when it comes to building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience working with customer data and imports
- Strong customer and project management experience
- Detail-oriented and proactive with impeccable time management skills
- Comfortable with objection handling and a change management mindset
- A track record for meeting deadlines and excelling in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about problem-solving and helping customers excel
- For customer-facing roles, maintains an up-to-date LinkedIn profile and ensures it is refreshed upon joining, to reflect their role at Procurify and help maintain a consistent, professional presence across our GTM team.
- Bonus points if you are familiar with Purchasing/Accounts Payable and/or have used the following technologies: Vitally, Salesforce, Notion, etc.
