Job Description
Implementation Specialist delivering ImageTrend healthcare and public-safety software implementations. Coordinating client training, schedules, documentation and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate implementation of systems and services under an Implementation Lead or Manager
- Assist clients through planning, development, training and execution of ImageTrend products
- Design and maintain implementation schedules and ensure compliance with timelines and requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout implementation processes
- Document implementation requirements, objectives, obstacles, delays and time worked in implementation tickets
- Assist in scoping projects to support proposals and contracts
- Maintain departmental OneNote, internal demo sites and other internal products
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships and advise clients on solutions
- Conduct onsite and virtual client training
- Present or teach at the Annual Connect Conference and other events
- Collaborate with customer success teams and departments to ensure a positive client experience
- Review and advise on instructional and technical documentation, product requirements, release notes, screenshots, diagrams and screencast videos
- Travel to orientations, industry or company events and onsite meetings as required
- Perform additional assigned duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Experience working in implementation, project delivery and/or adult education
- Preferably agile/scrum experience, PMP certification, and technology or industry experience in healthcare or public safety
- Understanding of state and national EMS and Fire reporting requirements
- Understanding of basic concepts for adult education and effective content delivery
- Knowledge of implementation or project management tools used for education and project roll-out
- Knowledge of ImageTrend products and functions, or similar industry-related technologies highly preferred
- Ability to define, scope, estimate work and track implementation tasks
- Understanding of standardized data collection practices
- Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of MS Office Suite or similar tools
- Ability to maintain discretion with proprietary and confidential information
- Ability to travel up to 10%
