Job Description
Agent commercial en immobilier chez Nat'Immobilier en France. Prospectez des biens et accompagnez des clients dans leurs transactions immobilières.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and grow your portfolio of properties
- Support and advise clients in their purchase, sale, or rental projects
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Provide full support through to the signing of the final deed
- Negotiate offers and finalize real estate transactions
- Conduct competitive monitoring to stay informed of local real estate market trends
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license
- Punctuality
- Courtesy
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
