Job Description
Industrialization Lead supporting prototype-to-series production for Kontron’s embedded electronics and computing systems. Creating industrial documentation, managing FAI processes, training integrators, and automating ERP workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the prototype reference for the team
- Prepare industrial documentation and bills of materials for card and/or system products, including series production and prototypes
- Anticipate prototype-to-series transfers by participating in the development of customer reviews and FAI processes
- Contribute to drafting customer-specific industrial documentation for the programs
- Contribute to preparing and distributing product FAIs and participate in customer reviews and FAIs
- Manage the transfer of the initial integration tooling developed for prototypes to series production
- Train integrators during the first series-production or prototype products, both internally and externally
- Develop tools (Excel programs/macros) to automate sequences of ERP transactions and ERP data extractions
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the development of electronic boards
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Experience with SAP
- Assertiveness
- Rigor and a strong team-oriented approach
- Strong spoken and written English skills for communication with international stakeholders
