Job Description
Teaching and instructional design for Milpark Education’s online higher-education programs. Developing digital content, assessments, and learning experiences across commerce, accounting, financial sciences, and law.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop online learning content
- Review and enhance learning materials
- Create assessments and learning activities
- Support curriculum innovation projects
- Evaluate and implement educational technologies
- Collaborate with academics, learning designers, and subject matter experts
- Contribute to student engagement and learning success initiatives
- Partner with academic experts to create engaging, student-centred online learning experiences
- Work on BCom, Accounting, Financial Sciences, and Law degrees
Requirements:
- Commerce-related Bachelor's degree
- Teaching Diploma, PGCE, BEd, or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' teaching experience in a secondary school environment
- Confidence using technology to support teaching and learning
- Professional work-from-home setup including reliable connectivity and a dedicated workspace
- Experience teaching Commerce, Business Studies, Accounting, Economics, Mathematical Literacy, or related subjects
- Exposure to online, blended, or technology-enhanced learning
- Experience facilitating learner engagement
- Student-centred and passionate about learning
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
