Job Description
Civil Litigation Associate at Goldberg Miller & Rubin defending clients against tort claims and managing case lifecycles in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of cases through their lifecycle

- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff

Requirements:
- Member of the New York Bar
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Experience in case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Experience with hearings, depositions, and arbitrations
