Job Description
Legal Operations Process Consultant partnering with Corporate Legal teams to streamline workflows. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and designing scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Corporate Legal teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and implement smarter ways of working.
- Ask the right questions, map the current state, and help design scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with legal professionals, technology partners, and analytics resources to improve legal work management and delivery across the organization.
- Identify, document, and map business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Collect and analyze process and operational data to develop insights and recommend improvements to business practices and procedures.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in business process improvement, consulting, legal operations, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working with stakeholders to identify, document, and improve operational processes.
- Ability to work in environments where processes may not be clearly defined and translate operational needs into structured workflows.
- Familiarity with legal or knowledge management systems such as matter management platforms, document management systems, or workflow automation tools.
- Experience with platforms such as Tea.mConnect, LexisNexis, iManage, SharePoint, or similar tools is beneficial.
- Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or similar technologies.
- Experience using data or analytics to support operational improvements.
- Experience working with legal teams, corporate legal departments, or regulatory environments is helpful.
