Job Description

Insurance Policy Processing Assistant managing documentation updates and administrative tasks for U.S.-based insurance agency. Supporting internal teams with policy servicing and client records.

Responsibilities:

  • Process new policy documentation and updates
  • Assist with endorsements and policy changes
  • Review and organize insurance documents
  • Maintain accurate client and policy records

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with an insurance agency or brokerage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
