Job Description
Insurance Quote Specialist preparing insurance quotes and aiding agents in policy comparisons for a U.S.-based insurance agency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare insurance quotes for both new and existing clients
- Collect and organize underwriting information from clients
- Submit quote requests through carrier portals
- Compare quotes from various carriers
- Assist agents in preparing policy proposals
- Maintain accurate records within agency management systems
Requirements:
- Experience working with an insurance agency or brokerage
- Familiarity with insurance quoting workflows
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient written English communication skills
