Job Description

Integrated Marketing Lead shaping Medtronic's acute care and monitoring portfolio strategy. Driving launches, market analysis, and integrated growth programs across EurAsia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements enterprise-wide, integrated marketing programs
  • Develops the business case, strategies, budgets, executions, measurement and ongoing enhancements to meet the company's reputational and growth objectives
  • Leads sponsorship and/or partnership strategies, including concepting, evaluation, creation and activation efforts
  • Oversees the creation of all types of content to achieve Medtronic's reputational and messaging aims
  • Utilizes omni-channel marketing models incorporating paid, owned, earned and shared content strategies
  • Develops reputational KPIs, listening tools and strategies for tracking and measuring program impact on reputation on a corporate, regional or global basis
  • Leverages insights to strengthen programs and build new strategies
  • Builds and maintains stakeholder contact programs and databases to directly connect and share Medtronic's point of view and insight with the right audiences
  • Shapes portfolio strategy, drives upstream marketing initiatives, and supports the introduction and adoption of solutions across diverse markets
  • Aligns portfolio priorities with market opportunities and customer needs across regional commercial teams, global stakeholders, product management, and clinical experts
  • Leads market analysis, product launch leadership, stakeholder engagement, and growth strategy execution across the EurAsia region

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of marketing experience, including portfolio management, product marketing, or strategic marketing responsibilities
  • Experience developing portfolio strategies, leading product launches, and supporting pricing strategy initiatives
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across global and regional matrix organisations
  • Experience analysing market, customer, and competitive data to develop business recommendations and strategic plans
  • Experience within the healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or related healthcare industry
  • Preferred: Master's degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Preferred: Experience leading large-scale healthcare strategic initiatives across multiple countries or regions
  • Preferred: Experience developing innovative value propositions and portfolio growth strategies
  • Preferred: Capital equipment commercial experience within emerging markets
  • Preferred: Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and industry stakeholders
