Job Description
Intern Business Analyst role at Sigma Software. Collaborate on IoT and sustainable energy projects, gaining experience in business analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Gather information from various stakeholders and sources, analyze it, and document as requirements
- Review and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper structure
- Analyze and model system processes and workflows
- Participate in meetings, prepare follow-up records, and update requirements accordingly
- Collaborate with developers, test engineers, and designers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
Requirements:
- Analytical and result-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail
- Desire to learn and master the business analysis domain
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Interest in IoT, smart home technologies, and sustainable energy solutions
- Knowledge of requirements management lifecycle and SDLC
- Basic understanding of requirements analysis and documentation practices (e.g., use cases, user stories)
- Knowledge or experience with UML, BPMN, or other modeling methodologies/tools
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field
- ECBA certification / CPRE Foundation Level certification
