Job Description
Analista de Comunicação Interna criando campanhas e conteúdos digitais para a Ânima Educação, organização educacional brasileira. Adaptando comunicações multiplataforma, aplicando IA generativa e acompanhando métricas em trabalho 100% remoto.
Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and adapt multiplatform content
- Publish and update content across the company's communication channels for students and educators
- Work on projects applying generative AI to communications
- Schedule campaign sends according to provided guidelines and timelines
- Ensure application of email marketing best practices and spam prevention
- Monitor campaign metrics and recommend targeted improvements
- Support campaign planning and execution
- Interface with internal teams to align on requests and requirements
- Support standardization of language and brand identity across channels
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate/Internal Communications, employee marketing (endomarketing), or digital content production
- Experience planning and executing campaigns while managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong written content production with the ability to adapt tone and language for different channels
- Hands-on, fluent use of generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or equivalents) applied to communications
- Familiarity with digital communication and collaboration tools and platforms
- Ability to track communication KPIs and use data to recommend improvements to initiatives and campaigns
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree
