Job Description
Internal Instructor for Tax & Accounting at DELA conducting courses with a focus on practical applications. Required expertise in DATEV and adult education for 100% remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction in: financial accounting (basic and advanced), taxation, and DATEV (posting entries, document booking, reports, practical application)
- Present practical, real-world case studies
- Prepare teaching materials and exercises
- Document teaching activities in accordance with internal quality standards
- Contribute to the continuous quality development of the instruction and the internal instructor team
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field (e.g., tax clerk, certified accountant/Bilanzbuchhalter, tax specialist/Steuerfachwirt, business administration with a focus on accounting/taxation)
- Proficient user of DATEV
- Ideally, experience in adult education or teaching
- Structured, clear, and practice-oriented teaching style
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office
