Job Description
Investment Banking Expert supporting Mercor’s AI-lab research projects through financial modeling, pitch decks, and investment analysis. Contributing expertise to train and enhance frontier AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute investment banking expertise to a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab
- Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
- Produce or support financial modeling, pitch decks, investment/analysis summaries and memos, and/or company/industry analysis
- Collaborate with leading researchers
- Complete work remotely on an independent schedule
- Provide services as an independent contractor
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working at top firms in investment banking
- Experience in at least one of: Financial Modeling; Pitch Decks; Investment/Analysis Summaries and Memos; Company/Industry Analysis
- Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week
- Ability to work as an independent contractor
- Must not be an H-1B or STEM OPT candidate
