Job Description
Senior OFSAA techno-functional consultant delivering Oracle banking risk and finance solutions. Implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting OFSAA applications for client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Support all phases of end-to-end OFSAA solution implementation and delivery at customer sites
- Deploy and install applications
- Set up and configure applications
- Configure and build solutions
- Validate results
- Support user acceptance testing and go-live
- Provide support and maintenance
- Coordinate with internal and client-side functional and technical consultants
- Design, ideate, and configure customer-specific OFSAA solutions
- Collaborate with Oracle/OFSAA Support to resolve product issues
- Provide functional guidance on banking risk and finance platforms for bank CFO and CRO offices
- Lead Dimensions Management and Hierarchies Handling using AMHM utility
- Apply knowledge of bank product portfolios, accounting and GL treatment, and executive dashboards
- Contribute to organizational best-practice methodologies and knowledge dissemination
- Innovate processes, maintain accountability, and prioritize client service delivery
- Report directly to Client Engagement Managers and Program Directors
- Liaise with technical and functional subject matter experts in client environments
- Successfully deploy, design, configure, and deliver OFSAA applications
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience
- Experience implementing Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
- Techno-functional expertise in OFSAA, including AFCS, GL reconciliation, BCE, Accounting Journals, ERP GL Posting, DIH, FSDF, Data Mapping & ETL, OFSAA to Accounting Hub Connectivity, and related ledger/dimension concepts
- Familiarity with OFSAA frameworks and components
- Experience supporting end-to-end OFSAA implementation and delivery
- Functional knowledge of banking, especially risk and finance platforms serving bank CFO and CRO offices
- Expertise in Dimensions Management and Hierarchies Handling using AMHM utility
- Understanding of bank product portfolios, accounting and GL treatment, and executive dashboards
- Technical implementation experience with OFSAA suite applications and listed modules, including FSDF/OIDF, AFCS, DFCS, DIH, EDMCS/DRM/AHCS, PFTCS, FTPCS, CFECS, PACS, FCCMCS, Risk & Reporting, GL Recon, BCE, BSP, Income Statements, P/L, F&PA, IFRS 9/17, IAA, OICE, OILM, Basel III/IV
- Basic knowledge of data governance, data quality, data management, data engineering, cloud and digital platforms and services
- Strong business analysis skills and banking/FSI business acumen
- Knowledge of OFSAA architecture, frameworks, solutions, data flows, and tool utilities
- SQL querying skills
- PL/SQL coding experience
- Exposure to Oracle database environments
- Understanding of banking transformation solutions, industry best practices, business processes, and technology designs
- Ability to operate independently and produce quality work products
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
- Ability to travel
