Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Advise employees of client companies on financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and personal finance
- Support customers via phone, email and digital channels
- Ensure an excellent customer experience
- Independently handle customer inquiries from consultation through implementation
- Explain complex topics clearly and in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
- Actively contribute to the ongoing development of services and processes
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training, degree or relevant experience in customer advisory services, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
- Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
- Enjoy working with people and providing advisory services
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent German language skills
- Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
