Job Description
Backoffice Intern role at Investtools, a techfin company optimizing capital market operations. Supporting daily financial operations and enhancing client interactions for investment funds.
Responsibilities:
- Support the backoffice team in daily interactions with asset managers and funds
- Assist with reconciliation of transactions and financial routines throughout the day
- Assist with calculation and validation of fund information
- Contribute to data analysis to optimize processes and improve client service
- Actively participate in the implementation and ongoing support of solutions
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Interest in or knowledge of the financial and capital markets
- Availability to intern from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM for at least 1 year
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers
- Proactive attitude
- Continuous willingness to learn and develop
- Financial certifications such as CPA-20, CEA and/or ANCORD are considered a plus
