Job Description
IT Administrator managing technology infrastructure and Atlassian products for Wilson. Configuring systems, troubleshooting, and collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support laptops and other computer equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing concise and useful updates
- Respond to all calls/tickets within agreed SLAs, prioritizing work where necessary
- Install and configure applications
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN / Wi-Fi network
- Administration of user accounts for various systems
- Provide remote connectivity support
- Documentation creation and maintenance
- Train employees on internal systems and computer
- Design, develop, and administer Atlassian products (Software, Service Desk, Confluence)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organization, gather requirements to develop, and deliver custom templates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence etc.)
- Manages JIRA configurations such as workflows, SLA, fields, screens, permissions and dashboards
- Design and configure asset management in JIRA
- Other various tasks as requested/assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Articulate writing skills suitable for a business environment
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Service desk administration (Jira or equivalent)
- Customer service oriented
