Job Description
Salesforce Developer working across multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud at Ciena. Collaborating within Agile frameworks and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Join as a Salesforce Developer and work across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations
- Communicate progress, issues, and timelines clearly and effectively across teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and new features that prioritize customer-centric mindset
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Experience in Delivering Salesforce projects
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configurations
- Develop reusable LWCs using JavaScript
- Perform code reviews, optimize existing logic, and maintain high software quality standards using GitHub CI/CD and Atlassian tools
- Troubleshoot complex integrations and manage large data feeds using tools like Mulesoft and REST/Bulk APIs
- Collaborate within Agile frameworks, participating in sprint planning and regular stand-ups
- Must have Salesforce certifications such as Developer, Platform App Builder I/II, or Architect track certifications.
