Job Description
IT Business Analyst at Securitas ensuring digital solutions meet operational needs and drive efficiency. Collaborating with various departments while improving processes and technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Elicitation, analysis and documentation of business requirements
- Maintenance of the application landscape and support for digitization and standardization of processes
- Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement potential and continuously optimize solutions
- Support solution design and evaluate technical options
- Participate in IT projects as the central point of contact for requirements management
- Support implementations, testing, acceptance, rollouts and assist business units with the introduction of new applications
- Execute or coordinate system and user acceptance testing, prepare training materials and deliver training sessions
- Handle requests and incident reports in the ticketing system
Requirements:
- Successfully completed technical education with an IT focus
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role
- Understanding of IT architectures, interfaces, data models and system landscapes, and experience in process development
- Excellent German and very good English
- Precise, self-reliant, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanour
