Job Description
IT Supporter helping customers with IT system inquiries. Analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Support our customers with questions related to the IT systems we operate
- Analyze and resolve hardware and software incidents (1st & 2nd level support)
- Document solutions and frequent requests in the ticketing system
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of workstations (e.g. PCs, printers, networks)
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues from the systems and project teams
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in IT (Fachinformatik) or a comparable qualification
- Strong skills in IT support and a technical understanding of Windows systems, networks and common hardware and software
- Desirable: experience in project work and working in an IT service provider / system house
- Service-oriented, team player, independent, structured and proactive working style
- Class B driver’s license
- Fluent German and good English skills
