Job Description
Junior Accounting Specialist für Finanzbuchhaltung und Abschlüsse bei mittelständischem Unternehmen in Bielefeld. Steuerliche Meldungen, Kontenabstimmungen und Prozessoptimierung im Rechnungswesen.
Responsibilities:
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Preparation and independent handling of statistical and tax filings
- Taking over and managing the ongoing financial accounting for selected group companies
- Performing account clarifications and reconciliations to ensure high data quality
- Contributing to the optimization and further development of internal processes and projects within the department
- Close collaboration with adjacent departments and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Completed degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
- Ideally further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance sheet accountant) or an equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate environment
- Confident use of digital applications and ERP systems
- Structured, meticulous and independent way of working
- Affinity for numbers, team orientation and enjoyment in actively shaping processes
