Job Description
Junior Functional Analyst supporting Stibo STEP PIM implementation at HRM. Configuring enterprise applications, documenting processes, and collaborating in an Agile development environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and configuration of a Product Information Management (PIM) system based on Stibo STEP
- Work closely with the development team on standard functionalities and custom solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with stakeholders during alignment meetings
- Support the management of change requests and incidents
- Document configurations and processes
- Develop a structured understanding of system implementation and delivery in an Agile environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Familiarity with data management systems and enterprise applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Basic understanding of software development concepts
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
