Job Description

Junior Implementation Analyst supporting HR and Payroll systems deployment projects. Assisting teams in client projects with configuration, testing, training, and user support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in HR and Payroll system implementation projects;
  • Assist with the configuration of system records and basic parameter settings;
  • Collect and organize information provided by clients to support implementations;
  • Perform functional testing and validate implemented processes;
  • Assist in preparing and delivering user training;
  • Provide user support during and after implementations;
  • Prepare documentation, manuals, and support materials;
  • Support the team in monitoring project activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of HR routines and/or Personnel/Payroll processes;
  • Basic knowledge of Payroll;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Good verbal and written communication;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Experience in HR, Personnel/Payroll, or Customer Service;
  • Experience with HR systems, Payroll systems, or ERPs;
  • Experience providing user support is a plus;
  • Familiarity with systems such as Senior, LG Lugar de Gente, TOTVS, ADP, or similar is desirable.
