Job Description
Junior Implementation Analyst supporting HR and Payroll systems deployment projects. Assisting teams in client projects with configuration, testing, training, and user support.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team in HR and Payroll system implementation projects;
- Assist with the configuration of system records and basic parameter settings;
- Collect and organize information provided by clients to support implementations;
- Perform functional testing and validate implemented processes;
- Assist in preparing and delivering user training;
- Provide user support during and after implementations;
- Prepare documentation, manuals, and support materials;
- Support the team in monitoring project activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or related fields;
- Knowledge of HR routines and/or Personnel/Payroll processes;
- Basic knowledge of Payroll;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Good verbal and written communication;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Availability to travel;
- Experience in HR, Personnel/Payroll, or Customer Service;
- Experience with HR systems, Payroll systems, or ERPs;
- Experience providing user support is a plus;
- Familiarity with systems such as Senior, LG Lugar de Gente, TOTVS, ADP, or similar is desirable.
