Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager driving the digital strategy for an education company. Overseeing content creation and marketing initiatives while collaborating across teams for effective campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- You are the central interface between the INTERNATIONAL business unit, central marketing, and sales.
- You consolidate, prioritize and translate marketing requests from multiple business areas into actionable measures.
- You independently plan and execute operational marketing activities across online and print channels.
- You conceive and manage campaigns either in close coordination with central marketing or on your own.
- You create content as well as marketing and sales materials for the website, social media, presentations and product communications.
- You analyze target audiences, continuously develop international personas, and derive concrete optimizations.
- You support trade shows and events from a communications perspective and actively contribute to marketing reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operational marketing with a focus on online and print
- Excellent writing and content skills and a strong intuition for target audiences
- Strong structuring and prioritization skills in project and campaign management
- High communication and coordination skills when working with internal stakeholders
- An independent, reliable working style with a strong implementation focus
- Hands-on mentality, enjoyment of creative freedom and enthusiasm for change
- Passion for digital customer experiences and e‑commerce topics
