Job Description
Analista de Marketing JR na Knewin com foco em estratégias de mídia paga. Planejar e executar campanhas utilizando Google Ads, Meta Ads e LinkedIn Ads.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads);
- Monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize performance, conversions and ROI;
- Support the management of the paid media budget;
- Work in partnership with design and content teams to create creatives aligned with campaigns;
- Ensure correct tracking of performance data;
- Monitor and analyze funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities;
- Support analyses of metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPSQL and other performance indicators;
- Ensure alignment with SLAs and quality in the lead flow;
- Create reports and dashboards with key indicators.
Requirements:
- Initial experience in digital marketing and demand generation, focused on attracting, engaging and converting leads;
- Experience or interest in working at B2B technology companies;
- Practical knowledge of paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads);
- Understanding of marketing funnels and integration with sales processes;
- Experience or familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics and HubSpot;
- Analytical profile, with knowledge of KPIs such as CPL, CAC and ROI;
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
