Job Description

Technical Support Analyst providing level 1 assistance for hardware and software issues at Stefanini. Involves installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support tasks for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 technical support (phone, chat, email, or in person)
  • Log and track tickets using an ITSM tool
  • Hardware support (desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals)
  • Installation and configuration of operating systems and software
  • Support for Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
  • Access management (password resets, user and email account creation)
  • Support for basic networking (Wi‑Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Escalate tickets when necessary
  • Meet SLAs and manage priorities
  • Document support activities and solutions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required (a degree in IT is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Hardware knowledge and basic maintenance
  • Experience with ticketing tools is a plus
  • Advanced Spanish and English
