Job Description
Technical Support Analyst providing level 1 assistance for hardware and software issues at Stefanini. Involves installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support tasks for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 technical support (phone, chat, email, or in person)
- Log and track tickets using an ITSM tool
- Hardware support (desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals)
- Installation and configuration of operating systems and software
- Support for Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
- Access management (password resets, user and email account creation)
- Support for basic networking (Wi‑Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Escalate tickets when necessary
- Meet SLAs and manage priorities
- Document support activities and solutions
Requirements:
- High school diploma required (a degree in IT is a plus)
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Hardware knowledge and basic maintenance
- Experience with ticketing tools is a plus
- Advanced Spanish and English
