Job Description

Client Relationship Manager managing strategic accounts for Eurofins Scientific. Coordinating client relations and ensuring performance across commercial activities in the hydrology sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proactive management of a portfolio of strategic clients
  • Gather, analyze and anticipate client needs
  • Provide technical advice tailored to clients’ specific requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of Key Account proposals and validate invoicing
  • Handle client requests and complaints
  • Coordinate kick-off meetings and follow-up committees
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (internal and client KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in scientific, technical or commercial fields (e.g., biology, chemistry, quality, engineering, or management)
  • Prior successful experience in account management or within a technical environment is a plus
