Job Description
Join our customer service team in Turkey supporting a renowned household appliance maker. Responsibilities include handling inquiries and providing technical support in German.
Responsibilities:
- Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenanfragen
- Unterstützung der Kunden beim Anschluss von Elektrogeräten
- Aktives Zurückrufen der Kunden zur schnelleren Problemlösung (Kein Verkauf)
Requirements:
- Bereits bewiesen, dass du an serviceorientierten Inbound Projekten Spaß hast
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift (mind. C1)
- Weitere Sprachen wären ein Plus, aber keine Bedingung (englisch, französisch, italienisch oder spanisch)
- Kommunikationsstärke mit hoher Empathie
