Job Description

Lead Consultant modernizing customer applications and enhancing ServiceNow platforms for Nüvitek. Leading Agile implementations, integrations, architectures, and client delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Envision, design, and implement new features using the ServiceNow low-code platform based on prioritized product backlogs.
  • Solve challenging problems through innovative thinking, peer brainstorming, and use of internal and external resources.
  • Build service requests, request items, and tasks using workflows.
  • Manage data flows from customers to support teams delivering services.
  • Lead and support ServiceNow deployments and implementation teams.
  • Unit test developed features, including edge cases, and conduct peer code reviews.
  • Participate in Agile meetings, including user story grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Deliver client presentations during sprint demos and coordinate with intersecting teams.
  • Participate in implementation architectures for digital solutions, frameworks, and accelerators.
  • Share best practices internally and draft white papers as applicable.
  • Build proofs of concept and technical solutions for internal applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to modernize customer applications and enhance the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience with the ServiceNow ecosystem performing project implementations in an Agile framework.
  • 6+ years specializing in multiple offerings such as SPM (ITBM), CSM, HRSD, ITOM, Service Portal, ITSM, and Service Provider (Domain Separation).
  • Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and CSV data models.
  • Extensive experience creating and managing integrations including SOAP, REST, SSO, SAML, SSL, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, MID Servers, Ebonding, API development, data migration, and Flow Designer automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD integrations, DevSecOps, security-in-the-pipeline, and code review.
  • Understanding of IT delivery methodology and leading implementation teams according to solution design and architecture.
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow Flows, Spokes, Service Catalog, App Engine, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and Event Management.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Understanding of SQL, databases, data concepts, and business workflows.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • US Citizen; ability to attain public trust clearance.
  • Preferred: additional CIS certifications, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), cybersecurity certification such as Security+, U.S. Federal Government experience, open-source technology experience, and experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
