Job Description
Lead Network Engineer focusing on global connectivity and cloud solutions for Deckers Brands. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal network performance and security.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge network solutions
- Serve as the go-to expert for complex network and cloud connectivity challenges
- Set global standards and best practices for network architecture
- Lead 24x7 network monitoring and rapid response
- Mentor and inspire junior engineers
- Optimize network performance and efficiency
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in network administration
- Proven expertise in Cisco Meraki within a global enterprise
- Strong communicator, able to convey technical information across multiple levels
- Calm under pressure, able to respond effectively to emergency situations and network outages
- Experienced with Cisco networking, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Meraki switching and routing
- Cisco Certified Network Professional – Enterprise and AWS Certified Advanced Networking
