Job Description
Contract Learning Experience Designer creating leadership and management training for EasyLlama’s AI-powered compliance platform. Building research-grounded, scenario-based courses with AI authoring tools.
Responsibilities:
- Research, outline, develop, and QA courses across a range of topics
- Design and build leadership training spanning first-time managers through experienced leaders
- Develop courses for navigating difficult people situations
- Write clear, engaging, learner-centered course content grounded in credible research and established best practices
- Apply scenario-based, practice-oriented instructional design for interpersonal and judgment-based skills such as feedback, coaching, and conflict
- Maintain a consistent voice and structure across a large, multi-course library
- Potentially contribute to other areas of the training library
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience independently creating training content across varied subject areas
- Ability to research and write accurate content without a dedicated SME
- Ability to turn complex or unfamiliar concepts into engaging digital training in an LMS or e-learning format
- Experience with AI-powered course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise
- Strong written communication, instructional design skills, and attention to detail
- Comfort writing for sensitive topics such as performance issues, conflict, and layoffs
- Experience using Generative AI tools in course design and content development such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
- Preferred: experience creating leadership, management, or professional skills training
- Preferred: background in HR, organizational development, or people management
- Preferred: experience designing persona-based or role-specific course tracks
- Preferred: experience building large course libraries
- Authorized to work in the United States
