Job Description

Legal Assistant supporting case management at Ovation Law Firm. Managing client communication, case documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the legal process.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing professional, timely, and empathetic updates via phone and email.
  • Guide clients through each stage of their case, clearly explaining processes and documentation requirements.
  • Contact clients to obtain required documentation, factual details, and information necessary to establish case eligibility.
  • Organize, review, and maintain comprehensive case files.
  • Coordinate appointments, legal deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Draft, prepare, and assist in filing legal documents and correspondence as directed by the Case Manager.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by building trust, addressing concerns, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both verbal and written.
  • Two years of professional customer service, administrative support, or legal support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Previous experience specifically in Lemon Law or related legal case management is a huge plus.
  • Experience with Filevine.
