Job Description
Legal Assistant supporting case management at Ovation Law Firm. Managing client communication, case documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the legal process.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing professional, timely, and empathetic updates via phone and email.
- Guide clients through each stage of their case, clearly explaining processes and documentation requirements.
- Contact clients to obtain required documentation, factual details, and information necessary to establish case eligibility.
- Organize, review, and maintain comprehensive case files.
- Coordinate appointments, legal deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Draft, prepare, and assist in filing legal documents and correspondence as directed by the Case Manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building trust, addressing concerns, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both verbal and written.
- Two years of professional customer service, administrative support, or legal support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Previous experience specifically in Lemon Law or related legal case management is a huge plus.
- Experience with Filevine.
