Job Description
Legal Operations Associate overseeing compliance for corporate entities and automation of legal processes in a growing startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own Entity Compliance and keep corporate entities in "Good Standing" across the US and Canada.
- Monitor trademark presence and draft cease-and-desist workflows.
- Lead compliance audits for sales calls and marketing opt-outs.
- Use AI and low-code tools to automate legal processes.
- Manage offshore teams to ensure compliance tasks are executed flawlessly.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program.
- A proven track record of extreme resourcefulness.
- Interest in using AI/technology to optimize workflows.
- Impeccable attention to detail with a "zero-error" mentality.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed.
