Job Description
Senior Product Manager owning Ondo Finance’s customer-facing investment app. Simplifying crypto, trading, and tokenized financial products into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App, where users discover, understand, buy, sell, trade, and manage Ondo’s products
- Own the quality and coherence of the end-to-end user experience, focusing on retention, usability, and long-term customer value
- Translate complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy products
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Product leaders
- Define product strategy and prioritize opportunities
- Write clear product requirements and PRDs
- Drive initiatives from discovery and problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration
- Establish metrics and feedback loops around usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Use qualitative research and quantitative signals to inform prioritization
- Build scalable product experiences and patterns for Ondo’s expanding product ecosystem
- Help define the product management function from the ground up
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including owning customer-facing products from concept through launch
- Track record of building and shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products
- Experience with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or other sophisticated financial products
- Working understanding of capital markets and financial product mechanics, including trading, order books, execution, settlement, and liquidity
- Hands-on familiarity with crypto and DeFi products
- Working knowledge of onchain financial primitives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to define metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to drive prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to write clear PRDs and explain tradeoffs to engineers and executives
- High ownership, strong organization, and ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- US-hours based (preference per current team structure)
- Nice-to-have: experience with brokerage, investing, trading, neobanking, or wealth-management products
- Nice-to-have: experience with tokenization, real-world assets, or onchain financial infrastructure
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with decentralized exchanges, wallets, smart contracts, or blockchain transaction flows
- Nice-to-have: experience designing for sophisticated and first-time financial users
- Nice-to-have: experience working with Legal, Compliance, Operations, or market-structure teams
- Nice-to-have: experience in a strong product and design culture
