Job Description
Product Manager shaping AI-driven healthcare data platforms at xCures. Owning roadmap domains, clinical user experiences, launches, and trusted product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own specific domains within the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate clinical and business needs into clear, technically grounded product decisions
- Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs
- Translate requirements into wireframes, low-/high-fidelity mocks, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI specifications
- Drive launches of new products and features, ensuring smooth execution and adoption
- Continuously evaluate product impact, identify gaps, and prioritize iteration
- Collaborate across teams and communicate tough tradeoffs to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to product strategy, execution, and impact
- Set direction, drive execution, and ensure shipped products earn the trust of clinical users
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (technical, healthcare, or data-related field preferred)
- 3+ years in product management (healthtech, AI, and/or data-driven SaaS products preferred)
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML-powered, data-centric, and/or analytics-driven products
- Experience building products utilized in clinical, operations, or high-stakes environments where reliability and trust are first class citizens
- Ability to communicate well, manage competing priorities, calibrate speed vs. depth prioritization by task, and drive execution in agile environments
- Familiarity with agile, Scrum, roadmapping tools
- Experience with user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong technical acumen, including comfort discussing data pipelines, AI/ML, APIs, cloud architectures, and using cutting-edge software tools to accelerate prototyping/development
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort navigating regulatory/compliance and security requirements in healthcare
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (bonus)
- Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or digital health startups (bonus)
- Experience with clinical workflows, EHR integrations, or interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR (bonus)
- Prior ownership of a platform or foundational product supporting multiple downstream use cases (bonus)
- Must already have authorization to work in the United States
