Job Description
Legal Working Student supporting legal research and contract management for a driver interaction platform company. Gaining hands-on experience in corporate law and data privacy issues while working remotely in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on German corporate law, regulatory matters, and compliance topics.
- Draft and review contracts (NDAs, employment agreements, terms of sale) and support contract management.
- Assist with corporate legal matters including governance, internal policies, and regulatory compliance, liaising with leading law firms.
- Support intellectual property and data privacy matters, including GDPR compliance and trademark administration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support legal projects and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a law degree (for Bachelor candidates at least 4th semester) or pursuing the state examination (Main Studies).
- Strong academic record with a clear interest in corporate law, governance, and data privacy.
- Prior legal work experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
