Job Description
Insurance Sales Agent guiding Jerry.ai customers through tailored auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance coverage. Handling inbound calls and binding policies across 55+ carrier partners.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer experiences
- Identify savings opportunities and coverage gaps
- Explain complex policy details in clear, accessible terms
- Create tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners
- Finalize and bind insurance coverage
- Address customer concerns and hesitation empathetically
- Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and services
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments
- Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service and attention to detail
- P&C license required or expected within 2 weeks after starting; employer-funded licensing
- Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this full-time hourly role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must work full-time
