Job Description
Lift Engineer servicing, repairing, and maintaining lifts across Stevenage for Stannah, a lift and accessibility manufacturer. Managing breakdowns, fault finding, safety compliance, and an allocated local route.
Responsibilities:
- Cover a structured route across Stevenage and nearby areas
- Service lifts across commercial, residential, and public sites
- Carry out repairs and routine maintenance
- Attend breakdowns and callouts
- Perform fault finding and restore lifts to operation
- Keep sites safe and compliant
- Complete site logs and basic paperwork
- Work independently on an allocated patch with support from a local team
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Lift Engineer
- Valid UK driving licence
- Appropriate right to work must be held by applicants
- Sponsorship is not available
