Job Description
Loan Coordinator assisting clients in their homeownership journey with a focus on structured mortgage operations. Remote role available for candidates in specified states.
Responsibilities:
- Guide borrowers through the documentation process
- Review and analyze credit, income, and asset documentation
- Identify additional documentation needs, verify conditions, assess appropriate fees
- Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers, and third-party vendors
- Accurately issue compliance disclosures
- Embrace new processes and shifting priorities
- Work Monday through Friday between 8a – 5p
Requirements:
- At least 1-year experience in mortgage operations
- Experience managing a borrower pipeline
- Processing loan files
- Regularly communicating updates to customers, internal teams, or third-party partners
- Preferably experience with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA)
