Job Description

Logistics and Supply Chain Manager leading procurement, inventory, transportation, and supplier operations. Driving efficiency, cost control, compliance, and resilient growth in a global remote-first organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Oversee strategic procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and supplier coordination
  • Manage relationships and negotiations with suppliers, carriers, logistics providers, and other external partners
  • Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, stock rotation, and replenishment requirements
  • Analyze supply chain performance data and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
  • Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to maintain supply chain continuity
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, safety requirements, and trade-related standards
  • Lead, mentor, and support logistics and supply chain personnel
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate procurement requirements, deliveries, inventory, and operational priorities
  • Evaluate and implement technology and systems that improve supply chain visibility, reporting, accuracy, and operational efficiency
  • Lead continuous-improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations
  • Support international logistics activities, customs requirements, and trade-compliance processes where applicable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management
  • Demonstrated experience managing supply chain initiatives and delivering measurable operational results
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution
  • Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, or comparable supply chain technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to interpret operational and financial data
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable platforms
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and implement practical solutions
  • International logistics, customs, and trade-compliance experience is highly desirable
