Job Description
CRM Marketer at Stitch Fix owning strategic pillars within the CRM org for growth. Analyzing and executing CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- analyze, strategize, and execute on CRM initiatives centered around curated shopping experiences, Fix and Freestyle.
- strengthen all CRM communications, build a robust Lifecycle program, and create a seamless and engaging experience for customers.
- work across channels: Email, App Push, Direct Mail, SMS and Packaging Inserts.
- collaborate with Creative, Data Science, Client Experience and Engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, with a strong emphasis in ecommerce focused Lifecycle.
- experience leveraging Push and SMS across all CRM tactics.
- experience managing people.
- take ownership, are an inventive problem solver, and have a high level of accountability.
- experience working with and running highly personalized CRM programs at scale.
- great at building cross-functional relationships, and able to navigate and partner with stakeholders across Creative, Product, Engineering, and Customer Service.
- able to make decisions quickly, move to execution expeditiously, monitor progress and adapt as necessary.
- strong project management skills.
- highly data-driven and understand how to design and optimize marketing programs.
- strong understanding of consumer mindset and consumer empathy.
- thrive in a fast paced environment and able to adapt to changes quickly.
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
