Job Description

Designs and enables enterprise sales systems and processes that drive revenue and customer success at Southwire. Representing sales needs during system changes and transformations.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, documents, tests, and enables enterprise sales systems and processes that drive revenue growth, profitability, and long‑term customer success.
  • Ensures sales technology aligns with strategic objectives, standardized processes, and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Represents sales and customer needs during system changes and transformation initiatives, acting as a key liaison between Sales, ITS, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Drives system adoption, data‑driven insights, trainings and continuous improvement to support sustainable growth and strong customer outcomes.

  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
  • Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
