Job Description
Molecule pipeline manager advancing drug-development intelligence and asset management at Cytiva. Standardizing global processes to secure specification positions and expand life-sciences market share.
Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day management and governance of molecule assets, molecule pipeline prioritization, and deployment
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance molecule intelligence capabilities
- Establish standardized asset management practices and adoption of tools and processes that increase operational effectiveness
- Lead global programs enhancing molecule visibility, data quality, specification position coverage, and commercial intelligence
- Establish and maintain processes, tools, and reporting capabilities for actionable insights into molecule progression, specification status, and competitive positioning
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and translate pipeline insights and performance metrics into recommendations for leadership and commercial teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, life sciences, or related field
- Strong understanding of biologics, bioprocessing, drug development workflows, and technology selection factors
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize complex scientific and commercial information into actionable business insights
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across a global organization
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, pipeline management tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools
- Ability to travel 25% to EMEA, USCAN, and APAC
- Previous experience in molecule pipeline tracking and asset management, process development, commercial enablement, or related functions would be a plus
- Previous experience in technical sales, field application support, or scientific support roles would be a plus
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvement, operational excellence, and commercial effectiveness initiatives would be a plus
- Experience with external molecule databases, industry intelligence platforms, and market analytics tools would be a plus
- Experience navigating complex global matrix organizations would be a plus
