Job Description
Manager, Partner Sales leading and scaling BDR function for technology-driven payment processing company. Focus on building outbound lead generation infrastructure and optimizing prospecting technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Technology & Infrastructure
- Own and optimize the outbound prospecting technology stack
- Implement and manage AI-driven prospecting tools and automation workflows
- Continuously evaluate new sales technologies that improve prospect targeting
- Design and refine multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies
- Develop scalable prospecting workflows and automation processes
- Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives
- Set, track, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Track and analyze outbound funnel performance including lead quality
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of experience in sales development, outbound lead generation, or growth roles
- Experience managing BDR or sales development teams
- Hands-on experience with modern prospecting technology stacks and outbound automation tools
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing outreach workflows and targeting strategies
