Job Description

Manager, Partner Sales leading and scaling BDR function for technology-driven payment processing company. Focus on building outbound lead generation infrastructure and optimizing prospecting technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Technology & Infrastructure
  • Own and optimize the outbound prospecting technology stack
  • Implement and manage AI-driven prospecting tools and automation workflows
  • Continuously evaluate new sales technologies that improve prospect targeting
  • Design and refine multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies
  • Develop scalable prospecting workflows and automation processes
  • Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives
  • Set, track, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
  • Track and analyze outbound funnel performance including lead quality

Requirements:

  • 3–7+ years of experience in sales development, outbound lead generation, or growth roles
  • Experience managing BDR or sales development teams
  • Hands-on experience with modern prospecting technology stacks and outbound automation tools
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing outreach workflows and targeting strategies
